Usually 7-10 business days, although depending on the workload and complexity of the order, it might take longer. We will let you know if this is the case before taking your order.
You can pay with cash, visa or mastercard, or check. Deposits are usually required to begin the order.
There are many variables that include the number of shirts, the color of shirts, and the number of locations of printing (front, back, sleeve, etc.), the number of colors of ink in each location, and the complexity of the design. That is why we prefer to quote a price for each job, so that you are assured to get what you expect from your order.
We usually use Gildan, 100% cotton pre-shrunk heavyweight cotton (style g500), although we can get just about any shirt you want. This style is available in many colors and is a nice weight, 5.6 oz. Our customers are usually very happy with this style. We can also get a heavier cotton shirt, called g200, which is 6.1 oz cotton. This is heavier, but tend to be too heavy and stiff for most people. There is also g8000 which is 50/50, which many prefer because it feels lighter. The price of these shirts vary only by pennies, so we usually just offer to use whichever you choose.
Two reasons- the price of the shirts are higher for us, and the printing often requires flash drying the first print, and reprinting the same color so that the print is bright and shows up better on the shirt.
No, but keep in mind, the fewer the shirts, the higher the price. We try to waive screen charges on orders of 12 or more, whenever possible, but if you want fewer shirts than that, and want multiple colors of ink, it will be quite expensive.
Screen charges cover the time of setting up the stencil on the screen, inking up the screen and aligning it on the press. We try to avoid screen charges, and just charge per shirt, as it makes it easier for you to understand.
That depends on how many in your original order and in your re-order, along with how complicated the design is. For example, if you ordered 100 black t-shirts with a 4 color front and back, and then want to re-order, we would usually need to print at least 50 pieces for a re-order to keep the price about the same. Because of the number of factors, we usually will discuss this with you when you order, so that you are clear on what you would need for a re-order.
We do not charge more for mixing of shirt colors, if the color of the design stays the same. For example, you can order 10 white, 17 light blue, 14 gray, and 5 pink if you want. The price will stay the same, as long as the ink color is the same for all shirts. We will discuss options with you regarding color changes for ink, but it usually is $10 per ink change.
In the t-shirt world, if it were not for these three groups, not many t-shirt companies would exist. Being a small business, we can’t really afford to simply donate t-shirts to every group that has a cause, although we wish we could! We try to keep our prices fair and do often give discounts to groups whom which we have good working relationships.
